Jay: I was born and raised in Queens, New York City, but I’m currently living in Buenos Aires. I have also lived in Valencia, Spain, and have visited Morocco, Italy, The Netherlands, Israel, Portugal, Brazil, Puerto Rico, and Costa Rica. My passions are music, teaching English, learning new languages, and traveling. I have been teaching English for over three years, and I also speak Spanish fluently.

Luis: I was born in New York City and lived in Jackson Heights, Queens my whole life. I enjoy playing football and have a passion for jazz piano. Teaching English helps me connect with students from around the world, and gives me a better understanding of international cultures. This is one of the many reasons I enjoy teaching at Express English.
I’m a 27-year-old New Yorker living in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the State University of New York. I love to travel and have visited parts of Europe and Central America, including a 6-week study abroad program in Valencia, Spain. I like teaching English because I know how important (and fun) it is to learn another language. It has helped me explore the world, understand other cultures and become a more open-minded person.
Ramlah Frediani received her BA from the University of California at Santa Cruz and an MFA from the University of Iowa. She has been teaching English for over 10 years while simultaneously working as an actress in film, television and theater. She enjoys travel and is currently living and working in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
